Who provides the financing?
Financing is provided by Regions EnerBank, a lender that specializes in home improvement loans. AVEX Masonry does not lend money directly.
Can I apply before I get my estimate?
Yes. You can apply anytime. Many clients apply before or after their design meeting so they know their budget. Ask us about financing during your visit.
Which option is right for me?
Same-as-cash works well if you can pay the balance within 12 months. The 10-year loan keeps monthly payments lower over a longer time. The lender can explain the full terms when you apply.
